Wool is a natural, renewable and recyclable material. I imagine toys as durable objects that will accompany your children's games, through their childhood and all their lives, as treasures to be passed on to the next generation. The felt is thick enough to withstand even the sportiest play :-). Careful stitching gives the toys the necessary flexibility and strength.
